Ａ：いいえ、連合ではありませんので、参加同盟が直接戦争に参戦するかどうかは、
【墓】とは別の問題だと思っています。

【軍】の招集に関しても、【司】が（第4条、一、）を使わなければ招集できませんし、
参加するのは、あくまで招集に応じた【無名戦士】です。

A：いいえ、その必要はありません。
（基本方針）第2条、
一、【墓】は、有志・無償とする。
四、【墓】に加入しているかどうかを、他言するか否かは、自由とする。
なので、加入するかどうか。
それ以前に、同盟員に【墓】の存在を知らせるかどうかも、同盟の方針にお任せするつもりです。

しかしながら、最低限の人数
（参加資格）第3条
一、【墓】への参加資格は10人以上の同盟員を有し、かつ同盟内から5人以上の【無名戦士】を選出出来る同盟及び、その同盟員とする。
を守って頂く必要があります。

5人にした理由は、盟主・盟主補佐・外交官・軍師・大督で、5人です＾＾

A:はい、出来ればお願いしたいな～と思います＾＾
しかしながら、同盟から【墓】に【無名戦士】を登録させたからといって、
その【無名戦士】に対する強制的な決まりはな～んにもありません＾＾

また現在の【無名戦士の掟】をベースに考えると、【司】は自らの同盟員に、同盟が【墓】に加入してることさえも必ず言う必要はないので、
せめて盟主・盟主補佐・外交官・軍師・大督の5人には、【墓】の存在を知らせて頂きたいな～～～と言う意味で「5人」にしました。
もちろん上記役職者じゃなくても良いと思いますよ＾＾

③【無名戦士】の意志は尊重されること
です。

【司】の皆さんは、より政治的な判断・行動を余儀なくされると思いますし、
【無名戦士】の皆さんは、それは見極めることが必要になってくると思います。

より民主的な運営には、このようにするのがベストだと考えていました。
